Founded in 2011 by French Osteopath D.O. Nicolas Grimaldi, One Osteo is a clinic specializing in osteopathy, a gentle manual therapy recommended for back pains, pregnancy, sports injuries, babies, surgery recovery, and musculoskeletal disorders.

Over the years, our incubation program has successfully supported recreational programs like The Blade School – which focuses on providing inline skating lessons & Puppy School – Malaysia's premier canine kindergarten to grow their communities.

INLINE SKATING CLASSES

The Blade School offers group inline skating lessons for all levels, including Learn to Skate, Freestyle and Speed Skating. Packages start from RM220 for four sessions, with a one-time RM80 registration fee for new students.

OPEN GROUP SESSION

Organise your own group and roll with us on our FREE Open Group Sessions suitable for teens, adults, and families with young children.

FRIDAY SKATE NIGHT

Friday Skating Night is run by The Blade School from 9PM - 11PM!

​

Skating is a great way to improve heart health, strengthen muscles, and burn calories. It works muscles in the legs, glutes, and core!

​

Limited to up to 30 pax only, hurry up to register your slot if you plan to have some fun time with your family and friends! Book your slot for our Friday Skate Night here!

Held every Thursday of the month at Level 1, The School by Jaya One.

The Ladies Skate Night will encompass coaching for those who are new to the sport, covering:


1. Safety briefing
2. How to get up and get down
3. How to break a fall
4. V steps to Glide
5. Heel Stop

​

Limited to 10 people per session, there will be a coaching fee of RM 60 for each session (2 classes back to back); RM 80 for male participants. Inline skate rental, protective gear and helmet will be provided for FREE.

Interested participants can register one week before the session!
